Close up of what the main text says.
I'm on the fence about getting "Classic" ThunderCats toys. They're about two dollars more but also two inches taller. I'm a little on the fence about getting these.
Gonna get that Panthro, maybe Mumm-Ra for them to fight.
Lion-O has a ball jointed head. Which is a little hindered when he turns his head right due to his shoulder armor. His shoulders can move in and out whist rotating 360. Partway down the shoulder he has 360 rotation. Double jointed elbows. Forearm rotation. Wrists are on a joint. Side to side chest articulation. Rotates 360 at the waste. Ball jointed hips. Mid-thigh 360 rotation. Double jointed knees. Lion-O also has ankle hinges and rockers.
Lion-O is a six inch figure which shows. Here is compared to seven inch Neca C.Viper and 3.75 inch Marvel Universe Winter Soldier. Lion-O is a nice desk toy size.
Lion-O comes with both forms of the Sword of Omens. Well detailed, the only downside is the bendy plastic they made it of. While saving children's eyes it also warps very easily.
Lion-O also comes with the Claw Shield. The shield is meant to be worn on the left arm. WHEN SWAPPING OUT THE FOREARM FOR THE SHIELDS US THE BASE THE SHOULD AS USING THE WHOLE ARM MAY RESULT IN BENDING AND/OR BREAKING.
To keep this in place swing the holder back, but ball joint into Claw Shield, then move shield until it is held in place due to friction.
"Thunder!"
"THUNDERCATS!"Lion-O's face isn't too special although it does look like his cartoon counterpart.
This is the only part of the figure I do not like. The clumping of the hair is kind of weird.
Such detail on the ThunderCats symbol.
COLLECTORS: Get this toy and and display him however you choose. In box or out this toy is awesome. Amazon was the cheapest I could find as the nearest Toys R Us sells these guys for $18.99 each. Maybe get two if you're going to play with it like me just in case the joints become loose or it breaks.
PARENTS: This toy is awesome for children too. On the back of the card is says 4+ and it is a really good toy for those ages. Just help the kids peg on the arms and remember to push at the base of the elbows to avoid breaking the arms.
