NECA Sin City Miho Review

When I got Lion-O I also bought this toy for only six bucks on Amazon.  It was under the recommendations listings so I thought I had nothing to lose.  This toy blows.  I wish I had saved the six dollars for eating out with my friends.

Looks pretty horrible in the box.  Since this was NECA I had higher expectations for some reason.  When I see NECA toys on the pegs they look a lot better than this and also boast a much higher price tag.  But I guess I get what I paid for.  I'll talk about more of the flaws other pictures.

Oh man. I wish her face as as neat as the one pictured.  Even all the other faces look really nice and kinda look like the actors they portray.

Reading this bio made me think immediately about Sin City.  That movie was pretty good in my opinion and I almost wanted to go watch it again after.

This figure looks nothing like the pictures on the side or cover.  Makes me kind of sad.

I think Miho's accessories are her one redeeming feature.  She comes with two Katanas that have chrome paint over them.  Very nice and.  The bow and arrow are really nice as well.  However she can't really hold them in a shooting position.

Very little articulation.  She has a rotating head, 360 movement at the shoulder, and rotating wrists.  That's it.  Here Miho is displayed with her bow and arrow.  She cannot stand well on her own period.  For some reason her feet are molded where only her left ankle and right toes touch the floor.  She does have pegs on the bottom of her feet but there's not real point in them.

Miho holding her swords.  A pain to get in because she can't really open her fists so I had to slide them into her hands.  This resulted in paint chipping off one of the sword handles.

Sorry about the blurry image.  What you can't see is how the left side of her face looks like it's melting.  There's also a huge dent in her chin for some reason.  At least she has nice shuriken earrings.

Her painted hands are horrible.  Looks like they globbed the stuff on there and shipped her out.

They also didn't do a very good job painting the laces on her feet.  On her right one you can see they missed the strap all together and painted a line on her foot.

Her sash has the best detail and painting.  I don't get why they didn't have quality control like this for the rest of the figure.

Even when Lion-O stands up he's not taller than her meaning she's probably from a seven inch toy line.

After getting this figure I was severely disappointed.   NECA C.Viper was really good and I though the quality would be the same.  I guess the low price tag was too good to be true.   I almost forgot I have one more NECA toy coming in the mail because it too was at a low price when I ordering stuff.  I'm on an Amazon kick right now, finding stuff at lower prices makes me panic and click the add to cart button.

COLLECTORS:  Stay away from this if you can.  Unless you really like the Sin City franchise  then I cannot recommend this toy for any amount of money.

PARENTS:  On  the packaging it says this toy is 18 and up I would not recommend this toy unless you have a child who likes to modify toys then try to pick it up for a couple of bucks if anything.
